This workshop is designed for professionals who seek to develop skills in managing the demands of busy working life as well as the pressures and joys of family and personal life. Techniques from psychology and movement therapy will provide strategies for dealing with the work environment and managing the impacts of stressful situations.
The workshop will be presented in English with simultaneous translation into Tetun.
